Quality Construction: Compact Series True Union
Ball Valves are designed for all light duty applications.
Compact Design: These valves fit into places where other
valves can't. When space is at premium and a lightweight valve is needed
the Compact Series from Cepex is the answer.
Never a Problem with Corrosion: This is because of the
valves all plastic construction. They will never rust or corrode...and
they can survive corrosive environments without the need for painting or expensive
epoxy coatings.
Cost Effective Design: Cepex Compact Series Ball
Valves are the valves of choice for light duty, cost sensitive applications
in all applications.

Backflow Prevention: Cepex by Hayward True Union Ball Check
Valves prevent reversal of flow in piping systems. They are ideal
where backflow could potentially cause damage to pumps, filters, or process
equipment.
Automatic Operation: The valves operate without the need for any
adjustments or settings. Line pressure moves the solid plastic ball off
the elastomer seat, opening the valve. When the inlet flow stops, back
pressure (3.75 PSI minimum) moves the ball back onto the seat, stopping the
flow.
True Union Design: All sizes of valves feature a true union
design. This allows for easy removal from a piping system without breaking
down piping connections. Just unscrew the two assembly nuts and lift
the valve body out of the line. The system piping connections never
have to be broken down.
Cost Effective Design: Cepex True Union Ball Check
Valves are the valves of choice for cost sensitive applications the require
a full featured, no compromise valve.
No Corrosion Failures: Because of their all plastic construction,
these valves will never jam or stick as a result of rust or corrosion. Also
they will not contaminate sensitive fluids that come into contact with them.

Application Versatility: Cepex offers two types
of high quality, cost effective butterfly valves for industrial and commercial
applications, the Industrial Series and the Standard Series. The
Industrial Series Valves features a Type 316 Stainless Steel Shaft while
the Standard Series has a Zinc Plated Steel Shaft. The shaft on
both types of valves is a non-wetted part, meaning that the process media
never contacts it unless the seals fail. Critical applications that require
the extra insurance that a Type 316 Stainless Steel Shaft gives use the
Industrial Series Butterfly Valve while less critical applications can
take advantage of the lower cost Standard Series. Cepex by Hayward
give you a choice...you never have to pay for more valve than your application
requires or settle for less valve than you really need.
Valve Operators: The Industrial and Standard Series Valves both come
standard with a manual lever operator. The lever handle and top plate
are constructed of plasticized aluminum for excellent corrosion resistance. The
handle features ten built in position stops and acts as a position indicator. Aluminum
gear operators are available for easy operation and they allow precise control
of the process media for accurate flow modulation. Electric and
pneumatic actuators are also available for manual remote control or computer/processor
valve control.
No Corrosion: These valves have no metal in contact with the process
media. They cannot corrode or rust, nor will they contaminate sensitive
fluids flowing through them.
Cost Effective Design: Cepex Industrial and Standard
Series Butterfly Valves are the valves of choice for medium duty, cost sensitive
applications in all industries.

Backflow Prevention: Cepex Wafer Check Valves
prevent reversal of flow in piping systems. They are ideal where
backflow could potentially cause damage to pumps, filters, or process
equipment.
Automatic Operation: The valves operate without the need for any
adjustments or settings. Line pressure moves the solid plastic flap off
the elastomer seat, opening the valve. When the inlet flow stops, back
pressure moves the flap back onto the seat, stopping the flow.
Low Pressure Drop Design: Cepex Wafer Check Valves
have been designed to provide excellent flow characteristics. Because
of their Straight Thru Flow Design they have a lower pressure drop then
other check valve designs. And their compact size takes up less space in the
pipeline than other type check valve do.
No Corrosion Failures: Because of their all plastic construction,
these valves will never jam or stick as a result of rust or corrosion. Also
they will not contaminate sensitive fluids that come into contact with them.
Cost Effective Design: Cepex Wafer Check Valves are
the valves of choice for cost sensitive applications the require a full featured,
no compromise valve.
